The staff was very friendly.

We had dinner there and the curry and carbonara he prepared were delicious. Plus he played some beautiful music from the 70’s. The ryokan is fully equipped , well heated and the futon beds were extremely comfortable. Takashi san even gave us water bottles to warm the beds at night. We slept so well. We were only two and could not believe we had this huge beautiful house to ourselves. Takashi-san is an attentive host : he provided juice, snacks , water , coffee , tea etc all free. It is such a quiet and relaxing place off the beaten tracks.
