Hotel staff were very friendly, helped call our friend a taxi and kept our luggage stored after check out so we could explore the city before flying out. Would stay again!

In a few steps you can reach everything you need. The accommodation is lovely, design with style, and run with spotless professionalism. Wifi works well, and the room was spacious and well equipped, so it was very pleasant to work there or fix a meal when I needed. Very easy key-less check-in/out, and great communication with the hist. I am looking forward to stay at Pietrapiana again, it made my visit to Florence exceptional.
