Beautiful and spacious apartment for my party of 8 adults. Toilets appear to be newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. Nice bar and restaurants within mins walk. Host Alessandro is very helpful and thoughtful. My group took a flixbus from Venice to Ravenna to board a cruise the next day, and we didn't expect the flixbus to drop us off at a location with no taxi and amenities. It was late at 9pm and I texted Alessandro for help. He came to our rescue by booking a taxi for us and making sure we got on the taxi and received us at the apartment to show us around. I was worried that taxi company might not speak English and requested Alessandro to assist us to get our transport to the cruise terminal the following day. Alessandro went above and beyond to ensure we got our taxis and sent us off at check out. We really appreciate Alessandro's kindness, we can't ask for a better holiday home and host. Also, i chose to stay outside of the historical center and this place was perfectly situated in a very nice neighborhood, made the walk to the center very relaxing.

B & B is new, very specious, and spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs & comfortable stay. Nothing was missing. Location in peaceful and quiet residential area surrounded by nature with private parking provided with. Yet it is not far from the town center of Lugo which is only 5 minutes away by car plus Imola is only 20/25 minutes away by car. Owner lives just next door. She is very attentive and friendly yet never been intrusive. She was very caring and attentive even asked us about the bed arrangements since our children are boy & girl both teenagers. For them to sleep comfortable, she had offered them a separate bed by providing the sofa placed downstairs to be available as bed. We also had an excellent communication from the really beginning at the booking stage, and we felt very welcomed from that point onwards. Breakfast was plentiful, coffee made with freshly ground coffee beans was so delicious and rare to find nowadays. Highly recommended.
