The location is a bit up the hill but the positive side is that there are no bars and restaurants in front of the door that make noise at night so it is relatively quiet. Riomaggiore is a cozy town and you'll reveive a QR code that lets you walk the Via dell'Amore both ways.

The guest house features family rooms. The Italian couple is absolutely the sweetest! Google Translate was used to communicate with each other but there were no issues. Had no problem understanding the information Giorgio was sharing with me. We were a group of 5 split into 2 rooms with a shared common area. Worked perfectly for us. Lodging was immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. Street parking was available for our large US sized minivan. Train station was an easy walk to get to Cinque Terre and Pisa.

We went on a trip to Portovenere and 5 terre and this location was an ideal starting point to both trips . Room was very accommodating and spacy, including a mini fridge. The cleaning lady was really welcoming and nice.
