Had no problem understanding the information Giorgio was sharing with me. We were a group of 5 split into 2 rooms with a shared common area. Worked perfectly for us. Lodging was immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. Street parking was available for our large US sized minivan. Train station was an easy walk to get to Cinque Terre and Pisa.
