Bathrooms are clean. Good service by the caretaker Srinivas and his wife. Very friendly and supportive staff. However late we came they were there to open the gate and help us. Location is also good. Everything is nearby. Kitchen has everything so if you are coming with big family and you want to cook and dine, you can. Overall a great experience and loved our stay of 3 days at Swayamkrushi 4th Floor.

The impeccable service and hospitality of the owner made our stay most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the owner from the planning stage till the end of our stay. What is most commendable is that numerous requests were all but acceded. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable. There was a maid that helped to serve us. She was very friendly, helpful & polite. Most city tour points are close by. Good for leisure or business travelers on a budget. Overall, this is great, and we would definitely stay here again.
