Great location by the temple and close to the airport. Clean room. Great breakfast. Everything was exactly as described. By far the best aspect was the manager and all the staff. Extremely helpful, kind and helpful. The manager helped me with options for my plans, found out and let me know temple opening times and I was able to keep the bags there a few hours while I explored the area. When I thought I had lost something he helped me look for it and that was very reassuring. All in all, a very good choice.

Best of all the staff communication before I even arrived checking I was ok - then resolving a tuk tuk price dispute on my arrival - helping me get away transport wise - and the ultimate location for the boats and shops and bus station. The property is beautifully maintained, offering all modern amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday—spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and cozy common areas. Cleanliness is absolutely top-notch. The entire villa was spotless, and the washrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained—truly hygienic and fresh throughout our stay, which made a big difference, especially when traveling with family. What made our experience even more special were the hosts Alice aunty and Raju uncle who consistently went an extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible—always available, attentive, and incredibly warm. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home. The location is peaceful and perfect for a family getaway, surrounded by well maintained beautiful garden and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Undoubtedly, its really a Home Away from Home. We are eagerly awaiting for our next stay.

This lovely team manages Avanti like a family place. They look after you like their own. Even small requests are looked into. The apartment is kept in perfect clean condition and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a small convenience store if you need also. A great location. Quiet and local, yet it is a very nicely designed apartment and building. Highly Highly recommended.
