They offer several services with a good price: boat tour, laundry, scooter and even private transfers -which we used to go to Bromo. The location is perfect, near to the port but still in a quiet area (other streets in the island can be very noisy with scooters and mosques). The common area is very nice,specially with the dogs. The hostel was very clean and quiet at night, with beautiful surroundings. It was conveniently located right next to a restaurant, making meals easily accessible. The owner was exceptionally kind-he gave me a ride on his motorcycle to Borobudur Temple in the morning. When I checked out, he also took me to the local bus station on his motorcycle.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond with their hospitality, offering tea and coffee at any time, as well as fantastic tours that gave us a genuine and memorable insight into the local culture and surroundings. Every detail was taken care of with so much thought and care (we even got free repellent and snacks for our train ride to Jakarta). If you're traveling to Solo, we couldn't recommend this place more – it's a true gem and a perfect base for discovering the area. We'd come back in a heartbeat!
