Loved this place, I was little suspicious about staying here because I didn’t see many reviews but it was awesome. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and would dry up easily. They even let me stay for 2 hours more at an extra cost of 20% which seemed quite reasonable. I forgot to collect my deposit so they texted me and sent it via PayPal. I couldn’t recommend it more, its walkable from the ferry station and the welcome to batam sign. If you don’t have a booking for sightseeing you can walk upto the ferry station and hire and cab, they are quite reasonable as well.

Our stay was an unforgettable experience; the rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views. Loved our time and will surely visit again. The facilities and amenities were amazing – we loved the luxurious rooms and pool area, not to mention the seafood places nearby and close to Nagoya Hill shopping mall. A truly luxurious experience and atmosphere. Ms Wiwi also went the extra mile to help up check for availability and allow us to extend another 2 days for us. We are so greatful for that as we dont have to look for another homestay and spend more on hotels as we would need 2 room for the whole family.
