The house is practically on the water, creating a serene and unique atmosphere. The family running the posada is incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s important to note that the house is not located in Flores itself but on the opposite side of the lake. To get there, you’ll need to take a small local boat that runs every five minutes for just 10Q. This adds an extra touch of charm and adventure to your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While the WiFi is typical for Guatemala—not very strong—it’s enough for basic needs around 5-6 Mbps Overall, it’s a wonderful experience for those looking to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the lake and the warmth of local hospitality. Highly recommended!

They just talk to you like you are their friend. Loved that! The hostel is very cozy, and has an amazing terrace/bar with a view of the lake. Very affordable drinks. Has enough bathrooms/showers. It's clean and we'll stocked with toilet paper/soap. There are shelves in the room, which helps when you pack. Someone is always at the reception and the entry door is always locked.

The pool is really appreciated with the heat and the hammock as well. Also the man who was present in the hotel was super helpful and really nice, he made our stay amazing a big thank you to him.

We were very happy to stay off the island of Flores and at Cass Zoila. The amenities are adequate for cooking and enjoying the terrace. The family is very helpful and answers any questions one might have.
