The host, Dani was very attentive and available for questions and special needs. The apartment was impeccably clean and the layout was very efficient. I would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time because the view was immaculate. Thank you to the owner for all the information about the area and also he helped me get in contact with a tour guide for a volcano hike.

Marcela, the host, accommodated us and also replied quickly to all of my enquiries. We had to find an accommodation at the last minute because one of our guests got sick and we had to cancel our plans of leaving Guatemala City. Marcela received us and also gave us a similar apartment in the same complex when we decided to extend our stay. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Paseo Cayalá if you want. The apartment has everything you need should you want to cook, including some basic pantry items, like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. There are also some amenities in the apartment complex, like a gym, a yoga room, a pool, etc. Overall very nice stay and what we needed to recover.

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host waited for hours because of bad traffic and received us. We are very grateful for this. Location and the room were great. Uber and Uber eats worked great for us while on our stay. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. There is hot water and a small in-room fridge.
