This recently renovated holiday home is located 700 metres from Port of Zakynthos and 1.6 km from Byzantine Museum. The property is soundproof and is set 1.5 km from Dionisios Solomos Square. The property was very clean and modern. The furniture was well laid out so you felt very comfortable. The cute backyard with the hammock was a great touch. The location was very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants very close, as well as the port. I would be happy to book this property again.

Eleni our host was very welcoming and communicative. In case you wonder were Greeks spend their summer vacation, this is the spot. It tells a lot :). We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, in the olive yard. We definitely recommend and very likely will be back.

The host informed us about the best spots of the island and was very friendly. The room was less than 10 mins drive from the city and 35 mins from the most distant beach. Markets and cafeterias are 1 min walk.

Trente nove is a fantastic apartment beds are the best I've ever stayed in on a holiday. Cleaned every day ..toilet and shower are great. .location stones throw to the beach all all the shops and bars cant rate it highly enough. And the host Ava and yannis and the team they have there are fantastic always on the go and nothin to much trouble to help and get you anything..the pool bar is great run by ava and Yannis food amazing and the atmosphere is brilliant. The property is like 10 km from Zante Town , not so close and not so far if you have a car , a quad or scooter . We rent a scooter and that make it so easy to go all over the places . They clean the room every day , they change the towels and bring coffee every day. They have sunbeds because the location is exactly at Drosia Beach. Next door you can find a good family taverna ( Vikos) .

The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

The location was great, so close to the sea, Kalamaki town and Zante. The room was very spacious with modern furniture (big and comfortable bed) and new appliances. Our room had a decent size balcony with a lovely view to the sea and the town. The room and the whole premises were both very clean and tidy. The owners were extremely friendly and warm and made us feel so welcome and looked after. We hope to visit Avyssos again in the future.
