Each room has a balcony with views of the mountain. The hospitality of this host is incredible. The parking lot is private and separated. You can see the first beaches from the terrace and by car it takes a minute or two. On the terrace there is a wonderful view of Kalamata. In the morning you can drink coffee in the shade because of the nicely positioned terrace. And in the evening to watch a beautiful sunset. Hot water was available 24 hours a day. Everything is new and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The air conditioner is new, but the space is insulated, so you can do without it if you don't like it. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It looks even more beautiful in person. If you need anything, the host will provide it. He helped us a lot because it was our first time in Kalamata with advice on where to park and what to see. Given that we have stayed in more than 20 accommodations in Greece, this one is the best we have ever had.
