Seva was very communicative and helpful! 5 of us stayed here comfortably - there are 2 double rooms and one proper bed in the kitchen sitting area. Outdoor shower was a great addition.

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. This holiday home is allergy-free and non-smoking. The property itself is perfect, that's why I put 9. It has some remarks on the surrounding. It is enough equipped. We didn't cook anything so maybe for those who do it they may find some missing utilities, but for coffee and small things it's OK. Ideal for 2 adults. There is a sofa which can be used for sleeping I think, but we didn't use it so can't comment. It's in the heart of the city close to everything. Not far from the parking also. Katherina who meets you doesn't speak English, so be prepared with the google translator :)

With the renovation only being finished in July 2023, the spacious apartment felt like it was new and spotlessly clean. But more than that, the welcome and service throughout our stay made you feel like valued guests with the apartment being cleaned every other day and water & provisions being topped up. We fell in love with Kythnos and wish to return again in the future, and we will definitely want to stay at Falakis Apartments again. Thank you so much Anna and Angelos for a wonderful stay.

We liked everything about the location, the place, the hosts. The house is right by the beach. The beach had only 6-7 cars on it on a busy day. Sometimes we had it all to ourselves. So the location is a dream! We relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful setting. The house was well furnished and equipped. The hosts were accommodating and very friendly.
