This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and super cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need – from basic dishes to a toaster and more. The dining area was really nice, with a couch and a big table that’s great for both eating and working. The heating system was adjustable, which made it even more comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The owner was the nicest person – so helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be better either – just a 1-minute walk from Stamba and 2 minutes from Rustaveli subway station. If you see this place available, don’t hesitate – BOOK it! You won’t regret it.

Alex is a fantastic host. He was flexible, relational and helpful. Checkin was simple, the property is down an alley but it's literally 15 metres from the best part of Tblisi and just 100 metres from the Old Town and great restuarants. Everything works in the partment, and it was super clean - especially the bathroom.

We recently stayed at Victoria hostel. Our host She was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we felt at home. She was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I recommend to stay if you wanna live in the center of the Old Tbilisi
