The place was well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, drying stand. It was heated so was nice and toasty against the Stepantsminda chill. We could have just sat by the windows for hours looking at the gorgeous views. It was also very clean. All the fittings were new and in good condition. The bed was really comfortable. The gentleman who gave us the key and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
