We had to make a very last minute resevation however the property was already very clean and ready. We had clear instructions by the owner and could get inside easliy. The street has free parking spots which we could leave our car after check out and walk to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and would deifnetly stay in this property if we ever go back to Le Mans.

Booking.com messed the booking up and didn't let the host know there were 3 of us staying so there were only 2 sets of towels. When I let him know he quickly dropped off another set and apologized with a bottle of wine. Very nice of him. Has everything you need and very comfortable in a convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.6 km from Castle of the Dukes of Brittany. super easy to enter, flexible check in time (our plane was super late and we arrived at 2 AM), great explanations, easy to park right in front of the apartment, short distance from Les Machines. The apartment is really cute, the beds were made and ready when we arrived (bedsheets included which is often not the case in France). We really appreciated the coffee and the tea!

The property felt fresh and well-equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for two nights to revisit the local zoo, just a 10-minute drive away and it was the perfect base. Relaxing and secure, we really enjoyed our stay.
