The apartment is right in the heart of Annecy and so close to the train station. It was convenient for arrival, departure, and for touring around the area. Highly recommend. The owner is responsive and instructions sent to us were very clear.

The owners, Sibylle and Lucas, were wonderful to deal with and the property was excellent. The bonus was that it is located over one of the best boulangeries in Annecy, and close to a number of excellent small shops (chocolaterie, fromagerie, etc etc). The areas is also very quiet and safe. The private off-street parking was only a short away and was a bonus!! Wifi was excellent. If you use the local buses, the no. 5 bus stop is only a few steps away.

The flat was exactly as described, even better than the pictures. It was clean and so well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of coffee pods, tea, and even cold water in the fridge—a lifesaver in the summer heat! The location is excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. We'd definitely book again, maybe in the winter next time

This apartment was so convenient for getting into Old Town Annecy, and the free, safe parking was such a bonus. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Having both a washer and a dryer was so helpful. Also, the host was very attentive and responsive. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

He really made sure to welcome me and even helped arrange for a bicycle.
