She organised a taxi from the airport and then back after our holiday had finished. Carmen couldn't do enough for us and made out stay there very pleasant indeed. The apartment is well located, spacious with all mod cons including a washing machine, very large fridge freezer, cooker and gas hobs. The interior was new and decorated in a modern style. The shower was very powerful. The pool was brilliant and there were always sun beds available. We could hardly hear any scraping of chairs/tables/beds from upstairs residents in this superb ground floor apartment. Carmen was always available to sort any issues that occurred and nothing was too much trouble for her and her son and team. We couldn't wish for more on our Cabo Verde holiday. Highly recommended.

Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled guests. Very comfortable bed and lovely outside seating area for the couple of nights we stayed in. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to main strip of bars and restaurants and the beautiful beach. Staff on reception were lovely especially Tyson.

This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 100 metres from Nazarene Church. I enjoyed my 5 days stay in this unit. Plaza top Floor is a unit located on the 3rd floor on the main strip. It is close to everything: restaurants, bars, shopping areas, the main beach, attractions, etc.....It is a modest apartment with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It has all the amenities for a great self sufficient stay. I could not give it a perfect grade because future guests must know that the location is great if you are someone who is going to go out every night on the strip (rue Pedonal). This avenue is booming with noise from music until 2:00AM every day. So, for someone like me, it did not bother me because I was out every night. The location is very safe. The wifi signal is very strong for Internet purposes if you need to do some work on the computer. All and all, If you don't mind the noise, it is a very nice unit to enjoy your stay.
