This is a new accommodation and it's 5mins drive to the center. The room was spacious and clean. The host was there to receive us and maintained good communication until we got there. He also recommended a nice spot to watch the sunset, and we had an amazing view. Good value for the money.

Perfect location within 10 min walk to Santa Elena with restaurants and bars and close to the beautiful rain forests. The owners Sergio and Katia are indeed service minded and invested a lot of their time to recommend to us the most beautiful rain forests and parks but also restaurants close by. Sergio used to work as a travel guide and is very knowledgeable . The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious with a nice view. We booked rooms with a private bathroom. If we travel to Monteverde again we will definitely stay at Mi Casa Su Casa:-)

Modern construction supplies all features we are accustomed to, even hot water at all faucets. AC is a bit under, but it does catch up and adequately cool the room. Pool was warm and wonderfully.

I can't fault it..it was super clean, quiet, the check in was easy and the owner was very kind and accommodating, and the internet was fast (I was working online via zoom during my stay and had no problems with connection or internet speed). The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the apartment is a short walk from the harbour and the centre of Quepos. I highly recommend it and would choose it again in the future.
