It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride (Didi arrives quickly) to the East Gate of the park. The hotel serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. But the real gem of your stay will be the hotel hostess—she is amazing! She will arrange everything you need, offer helpful advice, and even make bookings for you if you haven’t done so yourself. We were extremely pleased with our stay at this wonderful retreat.

The reception was warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable about everything from ticket prices to timings. They even helped carry my bags up, which you don’t often see these days! Daily room service, plenty of restaurants nearby, and just a short walk from the East Gate. Great place for travellers comfortable, hospitable, and genuinely welcoming. I really wouldn’t look elsewhere guys.

I rate 10, just cause I cannot give 100. Everything was perfect and I cannot describe the kindness of Xiang and his family.

She even paid for many services on our behalf and allowed us to square up on everything at the end of the visit.

Wally was very helpful with providing information about the park and helped us with an itinerary. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking from the East Entrance to the park. The bed is comfortable, the wet room is clean and the shower has good pressure. Wally even let us leave our bags in the room and use the shower again after our last day in the park (of course this was conditional on there being no new guests directly after us). Lovely place, fully recommend!
