The location is excellent—tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet still very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and even allowed us a late check-out since there was no booking after us. While the condo is a bit dated, it didn’t bother us at all. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Beijing

The location is great, just a few minutes to the Mutianyu Great Wall main entrance. The room is good with mountain views. The food at the guesthouse is tasty 😋 The owner helped us book the ticket and drop-off at the main entrance. After we came back from the great Great Wall, the owner also pick up us at the main entrance back to homestay. They are very kind, allowed us to use their kitchen facilities (we cooked thai food), and we had so much fun conversations with the owner in the kitchen. I saw many cooking techniques from her, really skillful 👍👍 She cooked Gong pao chicken, fried rice and stir-fried tomatoes with eggs for our dinner. I really love it, it was a tasty local food. And the food is more yummy when we can connect to local people and feel all local senses. The next morning, she cooked dumpling with eggs and vegetables for us....yessss it was yummy 😋. Upon checkout, she walked to the bus stop with us and waited until the bus arrived, I really appreciated it. Pity, this time I stay here only one night. I definitely come back to this place as I have a plan to visit Jian Kou great wall. And of course, I will stay at this Homestay again. Thank you so much for such an amazing hospitality. Nestled in the laid-back Gubeikou Town, the single-storey house would be a warm base to explore the wild Beijing. The property is extremely cute and charming. It’s located very close to the Gubeiku Great Wall entrance. The lady running the place is kind and friendly. There are tiny details in the guesthouse that add to the charm of the place. The food was fresh and delicious. The cherry on the top of the cake were the cats!!
