Everything was great, starting with the price Self check in was very useful and the host was ready for any question that we had and was very kind with the checkout as well The house is new and cozy, I'd recommend maximum 4 people or it might be getting crowded with one toilet only

We loved everything about this place. Private and compact, it even had USB ports for phones and great WiFi. Just a 10 minute walk into town and 3 minutes to the bus station, the location couldn't be better. Pablo was all very accommodating regarding an early check-in.

Owners are very nice and helpful. Apartment has all you need appliances. It is warm inside and you can control temperature by yourself. There is a washing machine if you need it. Location is central, so everything you need is a walking distance.

Javier is a a great host - he helped us with pretty much everything - with taxis, tours, food, etc. The cabanas are exceptional - very comfortable, warm and it had everything we needed. The bathtub - WOW! Everything one needs after a day of kilometres of hiking. The location, even though is outside of the city - it was very easy and quick to get back to the city and with that you have the peace and beautiful landscapes.

A little piece of heaven for a perfect stay in Natales. Our activity priority was the Torres del Paine W circuit, and we needed a stay on either side. Thanks for taking care of our luggage outside the stay. The accommodation was clean, kitchen well equiped, with a wonderful living area. Beds were like sleeping on sheets of clouds

It was our fifth apartment stay in Patagonia region and it’s the best . Clean and warm apartment with 2 baths , goood location , secure parking and the staff were very accommodating. Wish we cud stay longer . They allowed us to check in a day later becoz one of us needed medical treatment and had to reschedule. Thanks very much !!!
