There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. Nothing at all even barely negative. It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

The rooms are fitted with a patio with lake views. - Great little sanctuary and retreat after a very long flight - comfortable bedding, robe, etc. The perfect place to relax and unwind with a good book and get over the jetlag - Host was very responsive over Whatsapp about any issues and helped arrange a taxi to pick me up at the airport - Very kind and attentive host - helped me bring my bag to and from the Cabana (actually more helpful in that aspect than one of the tour operators!) - Hot tub was easy to power on and off with thorough demonstration at check in - Very enjoyable to soak in the hot tub, sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains!! - Generous continental breakfast offering (yogurt, bread, ham/cheese) and complimentary tea/coffee/juice. - WiFi was reliable - successfully made a video call on my laptop
