Host was amazing, pick up and drop off included to airport. Very responsive. Decor made it feel homey. 10/10 ☺️

Our fourth time on Aitutaki and the first at Heaven to Sea, we loved the location, the villa, the views, Mere was fabulous and welcoming, couldnt have been more helpful. The holiday home offers mountain views and a picnic area. Our stay at Tai Marino was amazing, absolutely perfect. Vaea and Kii are perfect hosts, there when you needed them and not when you didn't. Vaea helped organise bookings, picked us up from the airport and Kii took us out on a relaxing and utterly enjoyable lagoon cruise. lunch provided by Vaea. Both generously shared their love and knowledge of their home and made us feel very welcome. We could not find one fault even if we tried.

Close to Arutonga for shops, takeaways and Scuba diving at 'Bubbles Below'. Take a trip on a Sunday morning to one of the local churches to listen to the harmonious Polynesian Choirs, it's incredible. Perfect sea in every possible shade of blue, soft white sand beaches and amongst some of the most amazing dive sites on planet earth. Napoleon Wrasse, Eagle Rays and Hawksbill Turtles, The reef system will stay etched in my mind forever. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to meet like minded people and wishing to get away from the more touristy side of the Pacific, Aitutaki Budget Accommodation is the only place to go! Can't wait to go back!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Abera's Aitutaki Villas is situated in Arutanga. Located on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, water sports facilities and a garden. Free private parking is available and the villa also provides car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Abera's Villas is an absolutely delightful place to stay. After a warm welcome at the airport Jael was an exemplary host; recommending and booking activities/experiences for us and providing a unique insight about island culture. The two very private beachfront villas share a pool and (after exploring the island) have the best location on Aitutaki; close to a variety of dining places. There is easy access to the clear waters of the lagoon, with fantastic swimming and snorkelling right off the beach. Kayaks, snorkelling gear, stand up paddle boards and wheels to get around the island are all provided at no extra cost. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay which has also been built to environmental standards you will not be disappointed. We booked the breakfast, which as described in previous posts, is extremely generous. Thank you also to Kathy and Moana for their wonderful housekeeping and warm hospitality.

The outside patio is great. Kitchen had everything you need. Probably best to hire a car as it's a bit far from the shops etc.

Paparei Beachfront Bungalows is 5 minutes' walk from dining options. It is 10 minutes' drive from Aitutaki Airport. Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for snorkeling. The serenity that this property offered was surreal. The bungalow was well-equipped with ample amount of kitchen cutleries, china, and bathroom towels. Every detail for this stay to be exceptionally wonderful was thought of- from having a bin in the toilet to having a dining table inside and outside to loungers in the balcony to my favourite spot where hammocks are installed and many more that you least anticipate of. We could only wish to have the same property and facilities when we moved to Rarotonga. We missed our Aitutaki bungalow so much. Vicky was a wonderful host, making our stay so homey. Trina was excellently responsive during our pre-arrival stage. All in all, this place makes us want to go back to Aitutaki despite its wild west vibe. This is so highly recommended.

Etu Moana Boutique Beach Villas - Adults Only offers relaxing beachside boutique villas on Aitutaki Island. Rustic wood furnishings, stunning ocean views and lovely tropical gardens add to the charm of this secluded property. Everything was above and beyond. The outdoor showers were awesome. Great snorkeling out front. Close to a couple places to eat . Can rent Escooters onsite which was awesome. We stayed 3 nights , then 2 nights in One Foot Island and now 2 nights elsewhere on island....I wish we had returned to Etu Moana

Set in Arutanga, Ranginui Sunset offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Aitutaki Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden and barbecue facilities. This villa offers free private parking and free shuttle service. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. This felt like a peaceful retreat from the moment I arrived. It felt as if I had my own hut with my own beach and my own perfect dock to sit on for sunrise and sunset. The water is so clear that you can have your coffee or make yourself cocktail and just watch the fish go by. It was absolutely home for two days and I wish that it were for two weeks.

Located in the Cook Islands, Aitutaki Moana Villa is surrounded by tropical gardens home to mango, papaya, banana and coconut trees. It is a 50-minute flight from Rarotonga to reach Aitutaki. The host Tamara and her family were very helpful and hospitable from when I arrived till I departed. The island was busy this particular week and they helped with local places for food and entertainment.
