Fantastic place close to everything you need in Aitutaki . Owners are very welcoming ( Meitaki Atupaka to Them ) and will make you feel like at home . I just loved everything so i ll be back !

Katrina the daughter of the owners was absolutely unbelievable. There was a few technical issues when we arrived and she had them all sorted with a personal visit. She even took us to the shop to get some groceries, beautiful beautiful place to stay immaculate grounds out the front. There’s a swimming hole channel that’s just a few hundred metres up the beach overall could not fault. Across the road there is a fantastic little coffee shop for breakfast and they do lovely Asian food for dinner. Had the best sausage roll ever. Not really recommend this location and property.

Kura is the ultimate host! We were welcomed with a traditional flower garland and were shown the island before we were dropped off at Rangiriri Vacay. The unit is all you need for a nice stay in Aitutaki it's well centred in town and was very clean. We even had fresh coconuts waiting for us and the room had bottled water and papayas. Kura went above and beyond in also helping us rent scooters and driving us to the rental place. We're keen on coming back some day and we will 100% check availability at Rangiriri for that trip.

The location was great, with lagoon views from the porch, use of kayak and excellent swimming and snorkeling directly in front of the accommodation. Facilities were clean and there was everything you needed to make your own meals. Vaea and Kii were lovely friendly hosts.

My parents spent a wonderful 5-day, 4-night trip here. It was an unforgettable journey, featuring not only world-class ocean views and lagoons, but also an extremely thoughtful and friendly host. The host provided airport transfers and even took them to the supermarket. During their stay, perhaps due to the intense heat, my mother felt unwell. The host not only provided emergency medication but also drove them to the hospital, reminded my mother to drink plenty of water, and even gave them two coconuts. Every day was filled with the host's heartfelt care. We are extremely grateful.

Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is a slice of paradise. Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. Whether you’re enjoying the serenity of the house, savoring fresh coconuts, or soaking up the beauty of the nearby beach, it’s an experience that stays with you. Idyllic beachfront location with only 8 large detached chalets. Well equipped. Lovely breakfast provided by the pool. Very relaxed ambiance with so few guests - we were often the only people on the beach. Lagoon is shallow but OK for swimming with plentiful fish. Provision of bicycles, e-scooters and 2 electric golf carts make it easy to get around this small island.
