This is the best apartment we have stayed in during our 9 week trip to Europe. It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It is located 300 metres from Olma Messen St. Gallen and features a shared kitchen. There is private parking and the property provides an electric vehicle charging station. The accommodation was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The owner, Markus, and his staff went above and beyond what is usual to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed a week to attend the Euros 25 Wales games in St Gallen, and also to explore the town and the area. Markus was very helpful in suggesting local attractions and interesting places to visit and enhanced our holiday considerably by passing on his local knowledge. This accommodation is not the "poshest", as it has shared facilities, and you have to be prepared to walk up and down stairs as there is no lift, but this is more than made up for, with the warmth of the welcome, the high standards of cleanliness and service by the staff, and the location (an easy walk or short bus journey into St Gallen old town). It is excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again. We are very happy to recommend it to others.
Appenzell

Bergträumli is possibly the best holiday home we’ve stayed in. It is clear that the owners really care about the home and its guests. It has everything you may need and some more- as well as the luxury of the hot tub and the sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fact that you have to walk up to the house makes it feel like an adventure too and we loved the hike up the hill starting from the house!
Excellent building. Just how one would imagine a typical Swiss village house. I regret that I didn’t spend more time in the area. Good breakfast. Clean and perfectly maintained. I will definitely go back.
Every thing in this villa is perfect, from welcoming, calm and stunning view. They have provided almost everything to make you feel at home and of course we will come back again
The villa is very beautiful. the room and bathrooms were very clean and facilities such as towel/ tissue etc were of a great quality. The room allotted had a beautiful view from the window.
The Villa has real character and the furniture and facilities were comfortable and first class. The contact with the owner was really great, he was very helpful, even calling me back in the middle of the night. I loved staying here!
