The staff were very helpful.We were able to leave our big backpacks in the luggage storage (which seemed very secure) for a small fee while we went on a salt flats tour. When we returned and had a few hours to wait for our overnight bus we could wait in the hostel and use the showers and common areas (it is 20 bolivianos per person for this service but we definitely felt it was worth it!)

The breakfast was good and the staff are so friendly and helped us out a good recommendation with a Salar trip. It was freezing when we were there, but there's a really good heater and lots of blankets.

They have a central heating system with radiators in the room that are hot from 6pm until 10pm and from 6am until mid-morning. The bed was super comfortable with thick blankets. The combination of these two things made it a lot more cosy and warm. The staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the centre of town. My stay included breakfast, with tasty local fresh bread, jam, and scrambled eggs. I was very pleased to stay here and strongly recommend it. The WiFi is also good throughout the property, and I was able to stream HD video.
