Set in Tarija, Namaste Hostel features a terrace. The tour desk is available to assist guests in planning their days out. All rooms at the guest house come with a seating area. Such a cool and helpful host, really made us feel at home and even helped us book a wine tour and our bus tickets to Tupiza. The room was cosy with a great shower. The breakfast buffet was pretty cool too and the bright courtyard has some nice furniture to relax on. Kitchen has lots of great utensils and is very clean. Great location in Tarija, 2 minute walk to the Mercado and another five to the town center.

The bathroom is shared with a second private room, although no one else was there during my stay. I was able to take advantage of both a very early check-in and a super late check-out.

Very comfortable guesthouse, on a beautiful and peaceful property surrounded by nature. (And some cute perros y gatos. The hosts are warm and generous, and give the perfect amount of space and/or assistance if needed. We were concerned about the distance from Tarija, but it was a nice retreat from the city and walking to the main road in Victoria (0.8km) to get a cab to town was easy enough. You could also get a phone number from one of your cab drivers to arrange rides in the future. 100% would recommend.

Not only was the condition of the apartment just perfect, with lots of thoughtful details provided by the host, but Fernando was ready to help with any situation, was waiting out front for me when I arrived by taxi, and generally made me feel very relaxed and welcome on his property. The location is very central, with a wonderful view over the historic center. I'm hoping to return in March as it was a very comfortable visit overall.
