It is very well located and the staff are extremely helpful. It is more of a B&B than a traditional hotel, but the cafe/ice cream shop owned by the same family, in the same building, acts as an informal Front Desk for the Casona.

Very comfortable guesthouse, on a beautiful and peaceful property surrounded by nature. (And some cute perros y gatos. The hosts are warm and generous, and give the perfect amount of space and/or assistance if needed. We were concerned about the distance from Tarija, but it was a nice retreat from the city and walking to the main road in Victoria (0.8km) to get a cab to town was easy enough. You could also get a phone number from one of your cab drivers to arrange rides in the future. 100% would recommend.

I watched movies in English, did my laundry and ate meals here. took hot showers. Fernando was the best landlord you could ask for. He knew where all the good food and wine was to be found. such a friendly guy that you just wanted to talk to
