Seagulls were pretty loud but the soundproof windows worked great so that wasn’t an issue. Our host was polite. There is also a very decently priced supermarket close by that has everything you may need.

The pool is very nice and incredibly clean. The building, furniture, appliances are all brand new. Washing and drying machine is big plus. The staff is very friendly, especially the manager who is very kind. On the outside right next to the hotel there are supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, an amusement park stores... The beach in Ravda is very close. The beach in Nessebar is 4 minutes by car (there is a large free parking lot on the beach). Center of Nessebar by car 7 minutes.

He left us a gift, for which we are very grateful. I highly recommend it to everyone!
