The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

Free WiFi is provided in all areas. Everything was really great! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room had a nice layout and was very cozy. Our room was located near small river and sound of it was very soothing and relaxing and helped sleeping in the night. And couple of times on the lawn below our room we saw horses! Oh and also spa was great, sauna, aroma sauna, shock bucket, it was just great.

It’s very well-equipped, with thoughtful touches in both the kitchen and bathroom—things like a hairdryer, toaster, coffee machine, a selection of cosmetics, teas, and coffee made it feel like a luxury stay. We were warmly welcomed in person, and the host was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering useful tips about the area with genuine enthusiasm. The view from the windows and balcony over the mountains is simply stunning, and the quiet location on the edge of town gave us peace and privacy, while still being just a short drive from the city center. Given the high standard and all the amenities, the price was more than fair—excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the area. I definitely plan to return—this place must be magical in the winter season, and I can't wait to experience it then!
