A beautiful converted dairy in a small village , next to a working windmill, what’s not to like ,😀 there is a pub/restaurant and a small take a way food shop. There is also a world class equestrian site . We opted to have breakfast there wasn’t a choice but we had fresh fruit with yogurt ,bolied egg with a section of cheese and meat and assorted bread and pastries all served with a choice of tea or coffees . The B&B de oude melkfabriek were extremely accommodating as we made a short notice booking with them as the B n B we had previously booked which was on our tour route unfortunately became flooded and they had to cancel our stay . This B&B is also a short drive or a long walk to Achel Monastery where there is a shop and restaurant. Although you will find a lot of places are closed on a Monday .

The house is in the quiet camping place with totally no disturbing influences. Check-in was easy, check-out as well. Lesley was an amazing host .. so friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and gorgeous... Very quiet location and spacious room with a seating area and table, air con, tea/coffee/mini bar and smart TV. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was unbelievably fantastic.. love the concept of being delivered to our door in a picnic basket... Loads of ham, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, jams and spreads and a fresh pot of coffee. Id definitely recommend as a relaxing and convey place to stay and we'll certainly stay again if visiting the area. Thank you ❤️

The B & B was beautiful. The host was amazing. She was very friendly and nice to have a conversation with. She was very passionate about her B & B and worked very hard to make it the best experience possible. The place was immaculately clean. The breakfast was great with lots of choices plus sweet little touches like smiley faces on the hard boiled eggs. The host was also very flexible with breakfast times. The shower was better than most in Europe. It was a great location for what I needed and the host went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with everything I wanted and needed. When in Belgium I would stay no where else.
