The lady in charge was very friendly and explained all the instructions very quickly. Also, having a child never created a problem for us. Premium TV service can be considered as a bonus. It was very close to the center. I really congratulate him and I look forward to coming again.

The location in Bistrik is perfect—right in the old part of Sarajevo and just steps away from the main landmarks, the cable car, great restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and amazing local bakeries. It’s also very easy to reach from the airport; I took trolley 103 and arrived within 40 minutes, just a short walk from the final stop. The check-in instructions were clear, the self-check-in was effortless, and everything in the apartment is thoughtfully organized. The apartment is nicely designed, crispy clean, with a smart home system that keeps the climate control and other features working smoothly. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The place is equipped with everything necessary for either a short or a long stay. The owner is friendly, welcoming, very responsive. He went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I initially booked for 3 days but ended up extending my stay—Sarajevo really grew on me with its warm personality and open-hearted people. I would happily come back to Sarajevo and stay here again.
