It was located near the centre of Tanunda and we stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer.

All cottages include full kitchen facilities, an open-plan dining and lounge area, and a private gas BBQ on the patio. Free local telephone calls are provided in most rooms. Location was great. The property was within a 10 min drive to a whole bunch of wineries and eateries. The instructions left by the host for key collection was very clear. We were impressed by the room size and the Vasse Virgin products provided. Heater was already on upon arrival on a fairly chilly day which was welcome. The produce provided for breakfast was very generous and of very good quality; we particularly enjoyed the port provided.

These historic stone buildings from the 1840s have been transformed into a selection of uniquely designed suites, furnished to create an atmosphere of pure relaxation and tranquility. Location and wildlife. Loved hearing and seeing all the birds. We stayed in the Orchard Suite, which was very spacious and elegant. The bathroom was great with his and her sinks, a jetted tub, and a roomy shower with two shower heads. It felt very luxurious! Favourite spot was the outdoor pool on the beautiful grounds. Right next door was the tasting cellar of Moorooroo which was fun. Will definitely be back!
