the apartment is located very close to the city center, the park, the caricature museum and the art museum, the commercial area. Access to the upper floors is only by stairs. We were lucky that our apartment was on the 1st floor. The kitchen is well equipped. Bonus were enough coffee capsules, tea bags, some bruschetta, chips, peanuts. We didn't use it. There were even bags of ice cubes in the freezer.
