The room was extremely comfortable, the staff incredibly accommodating, the meals (both dinner and breakfast) were probably the best we had our entire trip. The property is well located and surrounded by beautiful mountains and greenery. We will definitely be returning.

Incredible location, really friendly and welcoming staff, nice rooms and dining rooms. Very peaceful way to spend a relaxing time in the mountains. Food was fresh and great portions. The holiday home with a terrace and garden views features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. We were greeted with a big smile by the host who showed us to our apartment. The place is big and clean and well equipped. It was very hot so the 2 air conditioners in the main bedroom and Livingroom were perfect.

The property features garden views. Guests can make use of a garden. We had the best time at this guesthouse!! The woman running it is so lovely and kind. Great food here, it’s very clean with comfy beds, and has amazing views of the mountain and Theth valley. It’s about 20 minutes from Theth village but it’s so much nicer to be in the mountains than in the town. Really couldn’t recommend this place more.

Breakfast and dinner were great, dinner needs to be booked a day in advance (15Euro per person). Good location with private parking area - there's a new bridge (not yet on Google maps) right in front of the guesthouse so you can turn right onto Rruga Nikgjonaj once you reach Theth and avoid the unpaved road on the other side. 30min hike to Grunas waterfall, then a further 1.5hr hike to the Blue Eye.

There are multiple good restaurants close to the location and a lot of attractions in proximity(1-2 hours max by car)
