The host was exceptionally friendly, professional, and clearly very hardworking, which made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The lodge is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere to relax after a long journey. We stayed in a nice family room with both a shower and a bath, which was a real bonus. The bar area and swimming pool are large and inviting, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was excellent and well prepared, a great way to end our stay on a high note. Overall, Lavender Lodge offered great comfort, warmth, and value for money. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

We stayed over for one night on route back from the Kgalagadi. The furniture and finishes are lovely. There is attention to detail. The facility is clean. The management is flexible, we asked to have breakfast 30 min earlier and they had no problem with this.

We loved our stay, the owners were lovely and welcoming, the property is in excellent condition, very clean, the room is spacious (even with a sleeper couch) with a big bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, we were spoiled with a lovely balcony overlooking the reserve. Our six year old son rated it "a Trillion out of a Trillion". We were even visited by the local Rhino to top it off.
