We love the location and it’s so great to be able to use a kitchen occasionally and BBQ some good Vanuatu beef! Two bedrooms so we had space and step of the patio into the lagoon. Stayed here with my partner and some friends and we could not have been happier. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The two restaurants on site were both brilliant and genuinely some of the best food we had on our trip to Vanuatu (and highly recommend the happy hour). The onsite breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Pool and the small private beach area were beautiful and extremely relaxing. We found the whole stay to be great value for money as it really feels like a high-end resort.

Amazing scenery and genuine, friendly hosts. John, Joe, and Millie helped us feel very welcome and gave us lots of great insights into local life. We also loved the dogs Rosa and Snowflake who kept us company throughout our stay!

Where do you start!? The location is amazing, the buildings are beautiful ,Clean and tidy , the service is amazing nothing is ever a problem. To the ladies at the reception; thank you for everything, they are so kind and helpful, my kids said they miss them already. And finally, the best kava bar in all of efate just across the road.

We really liked it here as it’s a very small Resort right on the ocean with a lovely area to swim in ( bring your reef shoes). It has a nice and personal touch and Chrissy and ‘mum’ where really nice and helped us with whatever we needed. Very friendly and helpful 🙏🏽. It’s about 40 min. out of town. We used local transport to go there and to town. Or you can rent a car but there is a price for everything. 3 nights was a good time. Thanks Chrissy and mum, it was really nice to meet you and wishing you the best with everything x

Excellent location right in front of the beach. The locals were really friendly. Amazing snorkelling spot, crystal clear and calm water, so you can just explore the coral reef from the kayak. Lots of turtles and fish. It's a quiet place with amazing views far away from busy Port Vila. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen so we could prepare our own meals.

We enjoyed our stay here. We spent over one week here and still feel not enough. If you are looking for something unique, private and exceptional, papaya villa is a good choice. It is a bit away from the city but believe me it is worthy. They have reliable WiFi and clean underground water. The buildings survived through tycoons and earthquakes. It is a safe place.
