The entire facility is beautiful and well maintained. The area itself is tranquil and quiet but close enough to walk to eveything. The owner is very nice and helpful and makes delicious breakfasts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a lot of natural light. We were so pleasantly surprised we extended our stay by a few more nights.

It is a beautiful hidden place with only a small amount of houses to stay. It is a very beautiful and peaceful. Also, the hosts were really friendly and warm. We used google translate quite a lot to communicate and that went very smooth. They are very hard working people and sweet, and did everything to make our 4 night stay as good as possible. In the morning there are beautiful sounds of birds and an amazing breakfast, which varies a bit every morning. The swimmingpool is great and we rented both scooters and bikes with the hosts, which were working fine. All in all, this place has been our most favorite place to stay over the past two months.

I have the warmest feelings about this homestay and Ninh Binh in general. It is the place you want to return to. The room was very good: quite large and comfortable. Best service: the cleaning was made every day and it was of a high quality. The decent breakfast was included. The hosts (Tommy and Lily) are extremely nice: the perfect combination of helpfulness and respect to your personal boundaries. Tommy is very well acquainted with all the sights of Ning Binh area and knows all usefull hints and details about it. We followed a lot of his recommendations and were really happy about it. Actually, it seems to me that the hosts can help with any questions at all)) I also recommend using their help with transfers from/to Hanoi, cruises to Ha Long, etc. They helped us book a comfortable bus to our hotel in Hanoi for a good value (the price was lower than if we'd booked it by ourselves). This homestay has free bicycles for you to use. The bicycles are basic but in truly good condition: the chains are well maintained and don't make unpleasant sounds. These bicycles are definitely better than the ones from other hotels that we have seen. You can rent more advanced bicycles at the rental service in town as we did for our longer cycling trip. Those bicycles creaked terribly though (almost all rental services here are like this, the bicycles may be ok, but they are not maintained at all). So unless you are planning something super-tough, feel confident to use bikes from the hotel. Keep in mind that the hotel is small and there are only two bicycles there. Although, during our stay, no one except us made any attempt to use them (their mistake! Cycling around the surroundings is a must-have experience.) The common area is very pleasant and calm. The location is perfect: close to everything, but a little away from the main street, so it's quiet. My favorite hotel and city in Vietnam :)

We absolutely love this little hotel , it is our second time we have stayed here. The staff organised hiring of mopeds as well as push bikes . The breakfast each morning was substantial. A great location and value for money.

Super cozy and cute place and nice area, especially if I were tired of busy vibrant hanoi The owner was very friendly, couldn't ask for more All the food was great including breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant (need to book in advance since they get the ingredients when order is made) and I highly recommend bbq It was one of the most festive meal we had in Vietnam Would recommend renting a bike from the place and biking around the neighbourhood

Not in the village, so transport with a big bus is impossible. For the last 1.5 km or so you will need private transport or pick up. Hosts are very helpfull. Situated near the rice fields and karst mountains. We rented motorbikes via the Homestay for two days to cruise to the pagoda, Trang An boat, caves, restaurants and finally to the bus station.
