My husband and I stayed here in October and were definitely satisfied with everything. The hosts are very attentive and polite. The room is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, and there is everything you need for the house, including a hairdryer, kettle, and so on. They are the only hosts who did not ask us to leave a positive review.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Crystal Guest House. Very modern facilities, beautiful design, cosy atmosphere and a great view to Gur Emir from our window on the 3rd floor. Navruz was very helpful and kind. We were leaving early and couldn’t have breakfast, so we got the most delicious “matpakke” or breakfast to go, which we really enjoyed. Very high standard of service. Great thanks to our hosts!

Excellent location, near the train station and has airport shuttle free of charge. The room is very nice and clean. The stuff is very friendly, Jahongir was very nice and explained everything using google translate although he didn’t speak any English. He was very nice and courteous, gave me a ride to the airport at 04:00. Enjoyed my stay and will book again when in Samarkand in the future.

My favorite place in Uzbekistan! I loved everything. The location is perfect, you can walk to all the sites. The room is so clean and comfortable, with luxury bedding sheets and duvet, and it is quiet so I slept really well. The bathroom is super nice too and sparkling clean. The breakfast served in the morning was really good and guests can use the kitchen in case they need water or other. And most of all the hosts are so warm and welcoming. They were very generous to me, and spent time with me before my late train out of town.
