Nice clean property. Had everything we needed. Air conditioning in the rooms. The owner was so helpful. Helped us with everything from ordering food and transport to answering questions about the area. So hospitable, respectful and kind. Spoke good English.

Our stay in the hotel was very good! I would rate it 11! Transfer from airport and back to airport was organized perfectly. Not to mention extra service with a day trip to Kokand and towns on the way. Thanks again and all the best to the hotel and very friendly people who work there.

The garden is gorgeous, very well planned and tended, so it's a lovely restful place. The owner was very kind, pleasant and efficient, and patiently explained exactly how to get to city center, silk factory, and bus station. The breakfast was spectacular!! The 3-bed dorm was large and comfortable, with clean linens and a great fan, and a locker for each person's stuff. The young woman who cleans and serves breakfast was very sweet and efficient. The owner kindly recommended a family run silk manufacturer where the guided tour was free and the prices were much much better than at the famous, overpriced Yodgorlic silk factory. I really appreciated his nephew who speaks excellent English and is keen to explain everything. I loved my stay here!

The guest house was amazing The property is easily accessible by taxi from the main station. The room and other spaces were clean. The breakfast was excellent and the property staff very friendly, helpful and communicative (English/Russian).
