so it's a converted apartment-airbnb-like one-bedroom place, the check-in is instructed via a Youtube video. The location is great, in downtown Miami, and quite spacious for 2 person trip. They also have a washing machine for my dirty clothes. Free parking if you have a car. Check-in is relatively easy. Everything about this house is perfect! The location in a quiet area, the private parking inside the gate, and the house that has everything you need for your stay in Miami. The interior of the apartment is very welcoming and makes you feel at home The owner Jose welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary information for the stay. Made staying in Miami even much beautiful. It’s quite close to the airport, but not so much to the public beaches as we had to take Uber or public transports. Not really a big apartment but for 4 people it’s more than enough. The owners were very nice and replied quickly to messages. I really loved the signs/instructions in multiple languages (very considerate). The garden is so pretty and well kept, it was very nice to relax there under the tree shade and ‘hide’ from the Miami heat (just be careful of the mangoes and avocados above 🤣).

The place is lovely! An authentic Cuban-style house with a nice garden in the back. The house is very quiet and the location is excellent. Close to anything one might need, to public transportation and in the heart of Little Havana. The room was spacious, full of light and furnished both functionally and with style. The toilet is clean, spacious and the shower is double. Bed was comfy and with plenty of pillows. A small kitchenette is present in the room, with a fridge and a microwave. Downstairs a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room are available for guests to use. The nice table in the garden is also perfect for a quiet morning breakfast. The host was available for any question and quick to answer, we also received recommendations for food in the neighbourhood. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back if we pass through Miami again.

The property was just as you see in the photos. It is lovely and clean. The shower is spacious with plenty of towels, shower and hair products available. Towels are lovely and soft and fluffy. Julie had very kindly left us bottles of water and some snacks which are always welcome. 😉. We had one issue with the tv and messaged the host who responded quickly. The problem was resolved 🤣. The television has a massive screen and great for watching in bed there are plenty of channels to choose from. The bed is a large double and the sheets and pillows have a very high thread count and of a superior quality giving you a good nights sleep. Divine. An excellent selection of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and induction hob. The public transport is about a 10 minute walk away where you have the Vizcaya train station, buses and free trolley bus. Thank you Julie and Jimmy for a lovely stay 10/10
