We enjoyed a lovely stay. Our host was very supportive and provided assistance when we needed information. Appartment was very clean and there was additional cleaning service available. Breakfast was all right - pancakes, variety of oatmeals and flavoured coffees provided. Amenities in the apartment exceeded our expectations - very comfortably furnished and equipped. The apartment is conveniently located - NJ light-rail is nearby which makes PATH train station providing transfers to Manhattan in close range. As a matter of fact, the PATH station is in a walking distance (around 1,2 mile / 1,5 km) when you want to keep fit and prefer walking.

Much much better than expected (after reading previous reviews). Cozy place, great neighbourhood! We were 5 people and the place was spacious enough. Be careful not to put all your suitcases and backpacks on the top floor bedroom, because there isnt much space on the floor! Cute backyard, nice place to relax. Spacious living room with some fun board games for you and your friends. All amenities we needed in the kitchen were provided. Hot water 24/7 with high pressure in the bath tub. Some people might not like the style of this historic house, but we liked it. Also it's 2 blocks away from the subway that goes to WTC in 7 minutes. All in all we had a great stay and we missed the place when we left.

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. It was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It had fully stocked kitchen utensils and even a separate laundry room, with pool table, games and snacks/ drinks vending machines. The bed was comfortable and the sheets very soft. The Location is incredible, the ferry, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The terrace on the 7th FL. is excellent with a beautiful view on the East River. The front desk staff were so friendly, especially James who provided exceptional guest services by giving us all the information we needed and making us feel welcome. We had a great conversation and a good laugh and he just made our stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a quiet place and need some time to relax, then this is your perfect place to stay! Thanks James and PlaceMakr team for a wonderful stay.
