I really liked the peaceful atmosphere, everything was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The bed was comfortable, and overall it felt like a safe place to stay.

Peaceful, safe and calm neighborhood. As we stayed with the owner's family, we could share a lot, and it was a wonderful memory to be with them. Tho is also a mother of teenagers, so I really enjoyed talking with her as a mother. They kindly lend us some tools and give us something nice. Thanks to their kindness, we could overcome some inconveniences. She taught us Japanese stores in their neighborhood. As I really wanted to experience real local lives in the US, it was perfect for me and I could learn a lot. If we had been staying at a hotel, we wouldn't never have had such a special friendship and comfort. As we get used to cook in our own country and we wanted to follow healthy diet and save money, it was nice for us to cook at their house instead of going to restaurants so often. One of us could play the piano freely at the house, which was also great.

Everything was great, the property was awesome and the host really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The 50s vibe was great. There is a dedicated parking on the back belonging to the property so you dont have to look for street parking.

The apartment was in a great location in a residential area of Long Beach. Not far from the beach itself, but also very close to local amenities. The apartment wanted for nothing. Many very thoughtful features, including toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, teabags, coffee, pods, microwave, popcorn, a large range of spices and cooking essentials: the list goes on. There was also a good supply of crockery, silverware/cutlery and kitchen gadgets. The apartment was beautifully clean, very comfortable and the addition of underground reserve parking was a bonus. Greta was lovely to communicate with, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property for a stay in Long Beach. I hope to be able to return again very soon.

The Villa was very comfortable and the grounds and surrounding neighborhood was very clean and safe. Easy to get to the Disneyland park by foot. As a note: the distance from the Villa to the Disneyland Ticket Center is 1.4miles. We found that we bypassed a lot of crowds and shortened our walk by jumping on the Monorail which is just under a mile away. The Jacuzzi and pool were perfect and needed after walking many miles in the parks.

The location was farther away from Disneyland than it seemed it was going to be when we were booking the Villa. The information that is given to you when you are booking the Villa made it seem alot closer then it actually was. No problem though, we had a couple of rentals so we just paid for parking there at the park.
