I absolutely loved everything about my stay! Neema is such an incredible host—so warm and thoughtful. I arrived early in the morning around 3 a.m., and to my surprise, she was there waiting to check me in, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh juice and an assortment of delicious fresh fruits that made my mornings delightful. The highlight of my stay was the Christmas Eve buffet—it was beautifully prepared and made the celebration feel so special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

We really enjoyed our staying at Matemwe Ocen View. Laucin is a fantastic host, his attention to details, quality of service it is comparable to a 5 stars Hotel. The level of cleaning is difficult to find it in any place in Europe, his cooking is superb and we even find a way to exchange culinary tricks. And do we want to talk about his margaritas.....wow!!!!! The villa is beautiful, comfortable and big and it is just 6/7 minutes from matemwe beach. We really enjoyed spending time at his villa where you can find a very nice swimming pool and a beautifully cared garden. We found a great deal of privacy, and we enjoyed spending time with Laucin the host who delighted us with his stories. And thank as well to Ney Laucin's wife. Good luck guys! You rock! Lovely clean villa with a real holiday feel. The manager Iman is a real gentleman and super helpful. All the staff are vey polite and do a great job. The nearby beach is amazing where you can get snorkeling excursions or rent jet skis and other water sports items. The beach is a 10 to15 minutes walk from the villas

The staff was amazing (thank you Adil, Jenny and Lucy) and helpful, the villa and view are beautiful, it’s in a quiet area which was great after 2 weeks in Paje/Jambiani. The breakfast is really good and the chef cooked for us what we wanted every evening. We loved every bit of our stay
