We loved our stay in Kendwa Carletto Style. The bungalow was clean and spacious with a nice patio for relaxing with a book. The staff are really helpful and added little details to make our stay extra special. It was nice to get a feel for the locality on the short walk to the beach. At low tide you can walk over and back between Kendwa and Nungwi. If the tide comes in you can take a short taxi ride or water taxi. There is a really nice Italian restaurant with delicious cocktails on Nungwi beach. Can't remember the name but it's up some wooden steps, right beside the Mama Mia ice cream parlour(not the one at Kendwa Rocks)

This house is amazing As a really good garden, every room has his private mini garden where you can have your meals or just sit to read, drink.. Having your own time. The bed is very confortable, they have hot shower what is great even if you don't need it is always good to have it. The beach is about 5min walk Renata is an amazing host, staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, you have juice, coffee, tea, fruits... Very good I really advice everyone to go there and if you are in a budget like we were this is perfect.

Hassan (the owner) is always there to help, in case you need anything. Ali will make your day, always cheerful 😀. 🇵🇭 All were excellent for budget friendly accomodation. Staffs were very accommodating especially Musa. Hard working guy. Will show you how to get around and of good value too. Excellent stay in a very relaxed environment and with the best hosts in Nungwi.  After a big disappointment in the previous accommodations on the island, our real vacation just started when we came to "Pineapple house" at Luana and Isko's place.  Everything deserves the best rating; cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great garden, nice rooms... Luana and Isko are the best hosts you could wish for. They were always ready to help and gave us the best recommendations on where to eat in the area, which beaches to visit, etc. They treated us like members of their family. Both are maximally dedicated to their guests and deserve the best recommendations. We realy hope to return to this place again and wish them all the best!

The villas were modern, well designed & sizeable with goid hot water facilities. This is more at the budget end of Kendwa prices but was what we needed. The chef is absolutely fantastic and the food prices are very fair which meant we ate on premise most nights and sometimes for dinner. Rooms were comfortable. Staff very happy & helpful.

Beautiful villa. Very nice staff, well maintained place. There was no tv on the living room on the first day but we talked about it and on the next day there it was. Good shower and good bed. Not on the beach but pretty close

Good breakfast, nice room and beautiful garden with small pool. It is very close to Kendwa beach which is absolutely stunning, especially during sunsets. If you are looking for an affordable place, this villa will meet your expectations.
