This hotel truly excels in cleanliness, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The service is warm and welcoming, with valet parking and an honest, trustworthy staff. I’ll definitely be returning! The location is incredibly convenient, with food, attractions, and even the (teleferik) just about 20 minutes away while the bazar is on 7 min. walking.

The staff are so welcoming and humble. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety each day there was a variation. Kids had cereal and we enjoyed the Turkish breakfast aswell as the chocolate cake! 😅 the hotel is So clean. The ladies that came round in the morning for room service promptly and were very professional. Topped up on the teas, coffees, replaced bedding and towels as well as a good clean as you would expect. Location was really good near buses and trams to where we wanted to visit. Food places around the area and a supermarket not far. Overall it is in a good safe neighbourhood and actually have no complains or anything bad to say about the staff or the property itself.

I was here for the third time. I don't look for another hotels when I come to Bursa anymore. 🩷 The owner and his son Samet are very kind as well as Pilar and lady who works in the kitchen and clean the rooms. 🩷

The guys were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and ready for us even a bit earlier than expected. Location is really central, everything is close. Parking was available too which was amazing.

Family-run Araz Apart has a garden. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The historic Hudavendigar Mosque is within walking distance. There are also many shopping malls in the vicinity.
