I can confirm what everyone else says about Naz: she's very helpful and kind! She gives good advice over WhatsApp and she replies within seconds if asked about anything. I can also confirm what everyone says about the amazing home made breakfast! The sofa-bed is comfortable (tried it myself 😊). Parking is in front of the door. Cleanliness scores 10/10. The location is within 10-15min waking to Avanos center with its restaurants and 15min drive to Göreme. We could see the hot air balloons in the morning from the comfort of our balcony. Someone in the previous comments wrote that there is no air conditioning, so let me correct this: there are TWO air conditioning machines in the living room. There was coffee and tea in the room and was refilled upon request. Naz, thanks a lot for making our stay wonderful!

The hotel is placed in the best possible part of Goreme and has an amazing rooftop balcony from which you can watch the balloons in the morning. Keep in mind that this is a 'cave' hotel and as such some rooms may not have any windows. But the cave makes the temperature cool in the summer so we had some of our best sleep here. The thing we loved the most was the staff. They were amazingly helpful and friendly. When it became obvious that our tour will last longer than expected, they arranged for a driver to take us to the hotel early so that we don't miss our bus. They also called the bus agency to make sure the bus stops at Goreme (since the busses sometimws skip a station if they have too few passangers there). All in all an amazing experience and this is not the last time we came here for sure!

The best hotel in Cappadocia! The owner welcomed us nicely and always talked to us friendly during our stay. This hotel is quite new and our room was super cute. The hot bathtub was our favourite after the trip everyday. Great breakfast too. Also the hot air balloon tour they provided us was great. We loved here and definitely recommend this hotel! We really liked the hotel and our room. The hotel has a lovely courtyard and a veranda where breakfast is served. There was a small sofa and a table outside near our room. The room itself had a great atmosphere, very cave-like, and it was warm inside despite it being only +2°C outside. The bathroom was amazing, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The room felt a bit humid, but I think that’s normal for a cave room. Breakfast was truly amazing, just as other reviews say. The staff will make any egg dish to order, and there were delicious potatoes, cakes, and pancakes. They also served kaymak with honey and cheese flatbreads. When we arrived, we were given a map with all the main attractions, as well as recommended restaurants for lunch and dinner marked on it. The hotel is very close to the center of everything, which was super convenient.
