The double room with AC is very comfortable, with a nice bed and desk, and good wifi (good to work remotely). And it is cleaned every day. Bathroom is somewhat small but the shower has good water pressure and hot water. There is a very nice balcony that serves as a common area. The staff is wonderful, Mr. Too provides many informations about touristics spots in Mae Hong Son and neighboring areas (he hands over a hand-drawn map upon arrival). The location is just perfect, at a short walking distance of all landmarks in Mae Hong Son, including the staircase to the temple Wat Phra That Doi Kong Mu and the main street.

There is nothing not to like about this property. It was a wonderful stay. I definitely will stay here again when I visit Mae Hong Son area. The owner was super friendly. Plus side laundry is just in front of the place. Halal restaurant is just around the corner and masjid is about 3minutes from the place. Absolutely amazing this place.

Pimpa is an incredibly kind and generous man and for us he really made the whole stay so special. The rooms and bed linens are kept very clean and cared for. There is a public sitting area and coffee/tea and refrigerator, everything is well cared for and maintained and we had everything that we needed . Our room was lovely, room number seven overlooking the Rice fields in the back. We ended up staying an additional five days after our first five days because we enjoyed the quiet simplicity of the town and staying with Pimpa was such a joy. He let us use his bicycles, provided breakfast every morning and coffee, and helped in so many different ways, not just us but other guests as well. And every day I was able to do physical therapy and exercises in the large swimming pool at the Hot Springs just around the corner. There is a small public village weight room across from the Hot Springs. Local people sold food in the evenings in front of their homes and there was a small fresh food market. I lovely small Thai town . In the three months of traveling in Thailand, this was by far our very favorite place.

A lovely quiet stay, a bit isolated but the owner offered free bikes which made it much easier. The owners made sure everything was okay and always greeted us with an infectious smile.
